Health Care Liability: Case Law Update

TDLA member and Professional Negligence/ Health Care Law Committee co-chair Chris Vrettos with Cumberland Litigation, PLLC in Brentwood, TN will present the next TDLA Free webinar on Thursday, June 1st (*Rescheduled from May 25) at 1pm EST/ Noon CST. He will discuss recent health care liability appellate opinions, as well as cases in which opinions are expected shortly.  Issues addressed will include discovery of surveillance video, the locality rule (it’s not dead yet) and discovery of expert files.
