The TDLA/ ADLA Joint Summer Meeting is set for June 16-19, 2022 (Father's Day Weekend) at The Lodge at Gulf State Park, A Hilton Hotel, located in Gulf Shores, AL. Visit the hotel’s website here.
EVENT DETAILS:
Join your Tennessee and Alabama friends and colleagues for networking, nightly receptions, and relax on the beach. Tennessee and Alabama will share a CLE day on Friday June 17 and have a separate CLE room on Saturday June 18. Registered attendees are encouraged to bring family members to the nightly events. Adult guests over age 18 are $150. Registered adult guests will receive a name badge to access all nightly events. Guests under age 18 are free and will not need a name badge. Kids activities are planned for each night. Nightly events include entertainment, food and beverages. *Ticketed events are additional and not included in registration fee.

- If the requested dates are not available at the group rate, proceed with booking a reservation for dates available at the group rate (*do not book a room with a higher rate or a description other than ADLA*)

GUARANTEE GULF VIEW ROOM REQUESTS:
- Book a reservation for dates available at the group rate (*do not book a room with a higher rate or a description other than ADLA*).

Reservations should be booked prior to the cut-off date, Monday, May 16th, 2022 or before the room block is full to obtain the discounted group rate. Any changes or cancellations to any reservation after 5 days in advance of arrival will incur a one-night room and tax fee.
