TDLA/ ADLA Joint Summer Conference

Join your TDLA and ADLA friends and colleagues for a weekend of CLE education, networking, nightly receptions, and relaxation on the beach!

  • ADLA & TDLA Member Retired Attendee – $375.00
  • Adult guests (18+) – $150; includes a name badge for access to all nightly events.
    Please Note: Only registered and paid adult guests of a registered attendee will be allowed to enter the event—no exceptions. Having an accurate headcount from registration helps us avoid additional costs of hosting the event. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a seamless experience for all attendees.
    
  • Guests under 18 – Free; no name badge required. Kids’ activities are planned for Friday and Saturday nights only. 
  • Nightly events include food and beverages. 

• The conference discounted room block closes on May 19, 2026 and is subject to availability! We encourage you to book early, as the resort is expected to sell out before the cutoff date. Rates start at $309. To make your reservation, call Perdido Beach Resort at 800-634-8001 and reference the Alabama Defense Lawyers Annual Meeting.   Please Note: The Perdido Beach Resort is currently transitioning to the Marriott reservation system, and the conversion is taking longer than expected. If you are unable to make a reservation, please try again at a later time as directed by the hotel.   CANCELLATION POLICY:

  No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after May 31st or for “no shows.” ADLA must confirm attendance numbers with the hotel on June 1st and is responsible for the associated food and beverage costs. Unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions to this policy after the deadline. Thank you for your understanding!

  We kindly ask that you book within ADLA’s contracted room block to help us avoid any penalty fees. Meeting our room block commitment helps keep the overall conference cost down. If possible, we encourage everyone to stay on the property to support this effort.
