Our first FREE CLE webinar of 2019 will be presented by co-chair of the TDLA Tort section, attorney Sean Martin of Carr Allison. Mr. Martin will discuss the recent Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals ruling in Lindenburg v. Jackson National Life Insurance Co.

On December 21, 2018, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled in Lindenberg v.
