TDLA Employment Section Webinar - Transgender Employees & Title VII

Open to all TDLA members! Dale Conder will present a webinar for the Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association on July 30, 2015, at 12:30 (ET) 11:30 (CT). The one-hour webinar will review how Title VII’s anti-discrimination provision protects transgender employees. This webinar will focus on gender-stereotyping and the developments in the law regarding restroom and locker room access for employees whose gender identity differs from their birth gender.
