    About TDLA

The Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association (TDLA) is a group of lawyers primarily engaged in defense litigation, who have the opportunity to exchange ideas, techniques and information through our association. We also strive to improve trial practice by supporting high standards for litigation practice and courtroom manners within the adversarial system of jurisprudence.

The law firm of Adams and Reese performs legislative advocacy on behalf of TDLA members.  There are a number of issues this year that affect members of the civil defense bar before the Tennessee General Assembly.  Look for members-only emails throughout the legislative session (January-May) discussing issues such as: changes to workers' compensation law, statutes of limitation, tort reform, and judicial matters.  If you are not receiving these regular updates and wish to know more, contact Kathi McKeown at the TDLA office (502) 228-9256 or TN.DLA@att.netNew members are always welcome.  Just click on the link below for an application.
